About
Our Chambers
Thirteen Wentworth Chambers maintains a tradition of excellence in a diverse range of areas of the law.
Our specialist practitioners provide high quality legal advice and representation across Australian Courts and statutory tribunals in all states and territories at first instance and on appeal. They also appear in international and domestic commercial arbitrations, royal commissions, coronial inquests, special commissions of inquiry and in all forms of alternative dispute resolution.
In response to industry changes and market demand, we have also become increasingly ‘international’. Select members are briefed in complex matters involving cross-border and international disputes overseas, particularly in the Asia-Pacific Region and Continental Europe.
Complementing their skills as accomplished advocates in Court, our barristers regularly appear at alternative dispute resolution forums, including mediations, arbitrations and expert determinations. Some of our members are accredited mediators and are also retained as arbitrators and import great value when conducting matters, given their expert knowledge in fields that are closely aligned with their existing practices as barristers.

Our Value Proposition To Our Clients
Client care is at the core of our service. Our ethos is to deliver high quality services that speak to the individual needs and requirements of our clients. We understand the pressures of the modern-day legal environment and we work closely with our clients to ensure client care is central to everything we do. We are responsive to our clients’ preferences regarding service delivery and we pride ourselves not only on our technical excellence, but also on being accessible, approachable and flexible.
