Fabrice Empeigne
Fabrice accepts briefs in all areas of law. He has particular experience in commercial disputes, equity and common law.
Prior to coming to the Bar, Fabrice was a Senior Lawyer at the Australian Government Solicitor. He acted for the Commonwealth in relation to commercial, contractual and common law claims. Fabrice also worked at an international law firm in commercial litigation and at a specialist employment law firm.
Fabrice was a Tipstaff to the Hon Justice Campbell at the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2023.
He is undertaking a Master of Laws at the University of Sydney and has a Bachelor of Business and Commerce (Accounting) and Bachelor of Laws from Western Sydney University.
